Marseille Up Next For Chelsea – Lampard Still Out
Chelsea go into tomorrow night’s Champions League clash at home to Marseille without Didier Drogba (suspended) and, Frank Lampard, Salamon Kalou and Yossi Benayoun (all injured)
Nicolas Anelka is expected to lead the attack with Florent Malouda and probably Daniel Sturridge backing him up, Gael Kakuta may also make a showing and expect to see Josh McEachran at some point during the game.
This is the second match in the group qualifiers and we are looking for another victory in this competition after overcoming MSK Zilina in the first game 4-1, whilst Marseille went down at home to Spartak Moscow on the same night.
Losing three games on the trot is not something I wish to contemplate!
