Subsidised Train To Bolton Cancelled

The subsidised train to Bolton has been cancelled. This is extremely disappointing, not only for those who HAVE taken up the offer of cheaper travel but, also to those who work so hard during the season to persuade the club to put these on.

With match ticket sales also slow for this game there could be a few spare seats on the night

Perhaps the FA and SKY will think a bit harder when they decide who plays who on a Monday night but………somehow I doubt it!

It may have helped if Thomas Cook gave details of the train times at an early stage. I was interested in going but didn’t want to take the whole day off work.

I also needed to know when I would get back to London. The train to Liverpool was a great service but in future will always be worried about cancellations.
