The ‘Electoral Reform Services’ [1](ERS) have posted an ‘attendance’ letter to all CPO share holders to guage the interest for the meeting on the 27th October. If you are attending the meeting you will need to e-mail the ERS here [1] giving your name and address. We believe the venue has been changed from the ‘Harris Suite’ to ‘The Great Hall’ (Spackman entrance in West Stand) but this is still to be confirmed.
Please also ensure you bring photo ID (Passport or new type Driving License with picture)
NO PHOTO ID = NO ENTRY!!
NOTE: Completed proxy forms need to be with the CPO in Addlestone [2] by 11.30 on Tuesday 25th October or THEY WILL NOT COUNT. They cannot just be taken to the meeting.
