Its true what you say but the plain fact of the matter is as a club we have reached a peak, this peak did last a long time and see a lot of trophies but what happens after a peak, exactly, a fall. I think the slide has to be stopped, which guus has done to a certain extent , and build for the future. Some players are past their best and will have to go but that’s football. Hopefully we can bring in some fresh faces and ideas and look to the future and not dwell in the past.
