• I liked the fact that Guus said it like it was about Baba – he made a mistake, so Guus took action before he really had time to dwell on it and make any more. I remember a game a while back where Ivanovic made a howler that caused a goal, Jose left him on and not long afterwards he made another one. Seems to me that Guus isn’t afraid to make changes, maybe it’s because he knows he has Abramovich’s full support and possibly because he knows he’s there until the end of the season so perhaps he can take a few risks, we aren’t going to win the league and we’re not favourites against PSG so let’s go for it and see what happens. He will be a hard act to follow, especially if we do actually win something!
