You have defamed Chelsea FC by committing to this poorly conceived project. You say “we look forward to working with key stakeholders particularly the supports” but you didn’t consider the supporters opinions when you pursued the idea.
The very prospect of relegation and qualifying for European cup completions is what makes football great, the privileged mantra of this new super league will render the games as effectively friendlies!
Very poor decision, executed selfishly and I am ashamed that Chelsea would be protagonist in all this.
Not too late to realise this was a terrible decision and retract your commitment, you could help put an end to this fiasco and restore Chelsea’s image in one fowl swoop.
