Fan Advisory Board looks ahead to new season
From the official Chelsea FC website:
As we welcome the 2024/25 season, the Fan Advisory Board (FAB) shares some key information with supporters in the first of a series of direct communications to the Chelsea fanbase.
For our match-going supporters, we are delighted to inform you all that the FAB will operate a drop-in ‘meet and greet’ service session at the Tea Bar at Stamford Bridge, also attended by Chelsea Football Club officials.
The FAB will be available before all home Premier League matches for two hours, up until 30 minutes before kick-off, for supporters to meet, discuss and share feedback. This will provide supporters with an opportunity to have an informed conversation on the remit of the FAB and how it serves as a representative.
All supporters with a valid home ticket will be able to meet the FAB in the Tea Bar (which is at the south end of the stadium, between the ticket office and Frankie’s Bar and Grill) before kick-off. Across the season, we will also host a small number of meetings at Kingsmeadow for Chelsea Women’s fans to meet and engage with the Fan Advisory Board.
For our supporters who are unable to attend on a matchday, you will be able to contact various members of the FAB by emailing supporter.relations@chelseafc.com where your query will be responded to in a timely manner.
New for the 2024/25 season, the FAB will work alongside multiple supporter groups in running a number of supporter surveys to ensure the voices and sentiment of supporters is gathered and shared with Chelsea FC, for strategic consultation with the board.
The following survey has been produced independently from Chelsea FC and in consultation with a number of supporter groups and can be accessed by clicking the link below.
The Fan Advisory Board is looking forward to meeting as many supporters as possible at Chelsea vs Manchester City, at Stamford Bridge on Sunday 18 August, in the Tea Bar from 2pm.
