NOTICE OF 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Chelsea Supporters’ Group 2005 (CSG) will be held online via Microsoft Teams on Saturday 26th October 2024, between 3pm and 5pm (UK time)
The AGM will include the election of the CSG committee including any new applicants.

If any Chelsea Supporters Group members would wish to attend the Annual General Meeting online, please contact the Chair, (acting as secretary) by 14:00 on ** Saturday 12th October 2024 for further joining instructions HERE including your CSG membership number, full name and a contact email address.
** Applications to join after this date will not be accepted.
** Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Joining instructions will be sent prior to the meeting date. Please do not forward these details to others.
Only current CSG members as of 19th September 2024 can attend and vote at the AGM.

If you wish to have an item added to the agenda for the AGM, please contact the Chair, (acting as secretary) by 14:00 on Saturday 12th October 2024 HERE
Any CSG member wishing to stand for election must contact the Chair, (acting as Secretary), HERE indicating their desire to stand, by 14:00 on Saturday 12th October 2024. This must contain a written statement that will be read by a committee member on their behalf at the AGM.
Any CSG member unable to attend the AGM but wishing to stand for election must contact the Chair, (acting as Secretary), HERE indicating their desire to stand, by 14:00 on Saturday 12th October 2024. This must contain a written statement that will be read by a committee member on the absentee’s behalf at the AGM.
Further, a CSG member entitled to attend and vote in the election may request a postal ballot in accordance with paragraph 5(ix) of the Group’s constitution. All postal ballots must be returned to the Chair, (acting as Secretary), HERE by 14:00 on Saturday 12th October 2024. Full CSG postal address can be given if required.
PLEASE NOTE:
Microsoft Teams has a limit on numbers attending, the invites sent will be on a first come basis. Any members who fail to get online due to numbers can request the minutes via e-mail.
