Trizia Fiorellino Remembered

Today we remember our Chair and great friend, Trizia Fiorellino.

Trizia passed away 5 years ago today from Sepsis at the tender age of only 50 years old.

in 2005, the Chelsea Supporters Group was formed by Trizia and others, I attended the initial meeting in the old Galleria behind the Shed Lower and was ‘persuaded’ to join the committee.

Trizia was the leading light in forming the CSG and we had many a meeting together (good and bad!) with the Chelsea hierarchy over the years.

She became not just a person to contact if you needed advise but a good friend to many supporters during these years of running the group.

We recently ran our annual Football Tournament alongside our friends at The CST, the first to be run post covid and after Trizia’s passing, one of our charities was the UK Sepsis Trust.

The ‘Trizia Fiorellino Memorial Trophy’ was a fitting way to remember her and tonight a few of us will get together to have a Limoncello or two in her memory.

Trizia Fiorellino, CSG Chair and great friend missed by many.

That’s a lovely tribute to someone was privileged to call my friend and with whom I shared many great memories. Gone but certainly never forgotten
