Watch: FSA & EFL Matchday experience forum

From the official FSA.Org website:

Figures from across football and supporters from various fan groups came together earlier this week as the EFL hosted a live match experience fan forum, in association with the Football Supporters’ Association (FSA).

A range of guests discussed matters linked to matchgoing and heard from supporters about their own personal stories, while discussing how everyone can play a part in improving matchdays. The event was hosted by Sky Sports’ David Prutton.

EFL chief operating officer Nick Craig said: “We all want to create a vibrant matchday atmosphere, that’s that makes the game great. But let’s do it safely and respectfully. We have to protect the game that we all love and that means understanding that we all have a responsibility to behave in the right way.”

Panel guests included:

Nick Craig (Chief operating officer, EFL)
Kevin Miles (Chief executive, FSA)
Bob Eastwood (Head of security and safety operations, EFL)
Lizzie Lewandowski (Football unit supervisor, West Midlands Police)
Mark Devlin (Chief executive, Leyton Orient)
