Season ticket renewal applications open

Season ticket holders for men’s games at Stamford Bridge are now able to secure their seat for the 2024/25 season and we have here details of the renewal process…

The window for renewing opened at 10am on Monday 3 June and in order to renew your season ticket by debit or credit card, supporters must log in to their online account and select their season ticket reservation under the reservation tab. Supporters can access their account by clicking here or via the Tickets & Hospitality menu on the website.

Supporters wishing to pay by credit/debit card have until 5pm on Friday 14 June 2024.

Payment plans

If you wish to spread the cost of your season ticket over monthly instalments instead of paying in one upfront payment, why not take advantage of the instalment plan scheme provided by V12 Retail Finance Limited – our season ticket finance provider. If you are purchasing a home season ticket, you can spread the cost over eight monthly instalments. In order to make an application for finance, please visit season ticket finance

Supporters who wish to pay via monthly instalments will need to apply with V12 Finance by 5pm on Monday 10 June 2024. Supporters are reminded not to renew online in full if they wish to take up the V12 Finance option.

Season ticket name changes and seat moves

Due to the shortness of time, season ticket holders can only request a move for the following reasons:

• Supporters who sit in the East Stand lower tier family section and need to move as they have passed the permitted age to remain in the area.

• Supporters who have a medical condition and wish to be relocated. Medical proof needs to be provided for the move to take place.

If supporters are looking to move and wish to make payments for their season ticket using the V12 Finance option, their move request must be completed by the V12 Finance application deadline.

Supporters who fall into one of the above categories or require a name change on their season ticket should email tickets@chelseafc.com

Accessible season ticket holders

Once accessible supporters have renewed their season ticket, you will be required to produce supporting documentation.

Supporting documentation must include one of the following:

• receipt of the middle or higher rate of the Disability Living Allowance (mobility or care component);

• receipt of the standard or enhanced rate of daily living component of the Personal Independence Payment;

• receipt of the enhanced rate of the mobility component of the Personal Independence Payment;

• receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance, the Employment and Support Allowance or the Attendance Allowance; or

• a personal letter from a hospital to confirm that the person is in receipt of support services;

• a copy of a local authority blind and visually impaired person’s registration card or a CVI document;

• a copy of an entitlement to War Pensioners Mobility Supplement letter.

Please note that receipt of an Orange/Blue Badge will not be considered sufficient supporting documentation.

Supporters should email their supporting documents to access@chelseafc.com by 5pm on Friday 14 June 2024.

Season ticket card delivery

Season ticket holders will receive their season ticket card by the first week of August.

Away ticket schemes

Supporters eligible to renew their place on the UK Away Scheme or the UEFA Away Scheme can do so via the reservations tab in their online account.

UK Away Scheme

The scheme will continue to operate for the 2024/25 season and will allow participating supporters to receive a match ticket to all 19 Premier League away games during the season.

The scheme also offers supporters benefits for away domestic cup ties in the FA and League Cups. During the 2024/25 season (subject to availability), first priority on away domestic cup tickets will be given to those on the away Premier League ticket scheme. This will not be a compulsory purchase and supporters will not be removed from the scheme if they do not purchase a cup ticket.

The adult away season ticket will cost £570 (senior £440/junior [under 16] £360/concession 16-17 £440/concession 18-20 £520) and will be payable via direct debit over eight monthly payments or in full. If, at the end of the season, the cost of the 19 Premier League away matches differs from the prices listed above, a final debit/credit will be made accordingly.

Supporters on the scheme will receive all concession discounts offered to Chelsea FC by the home team.

If you wish to spread the cost of your season ticket over monthly instalments instead of paying in one upfront payment, you may take advantage of the instalment plan scheme provided by V12 Retail Finance Limited – our season ticket finance provider. If you are purchasing an away season ticket, you can spread the cost over eight monthly instalments. An administration fee of 6.64 per cent of the price of the away season ticket being purchased is payable with your first monthly instalment.

All tickets will be sent out automatically approximately 21 days prior to the match (subject to the tickets arriving from the home club).

How to renew

In order to renew by debit or credit card, supporters must log in to their online account and select their UK Away Scheme reservation under the reservation tab.

As per the ticketing policy, no new applications will be accepted for the Premier League Away Match Ticket Scheme.

If you wish to pay by V12 Finance, please complete your application via the following link www.chelseafc.com/stfinance. Supporters who wish to submit an application with V12 Finance must not renew online.

Supporters who renew their place on the UK Away Scheme will remain in their preferred seating location and with the same group of supporters as last season. If you wish to make any amendments to last season’s choices, please email tickets@chelseafc.com once you have completed renewal.

All applications must be completed by the deadline of 5pm on Friday 14 June.

UEFA Away Scheme

The scheme will operate for the 2024/25 season and will allow participating supporters to apply for match tickets for our European away fixtures.

How to renew

In order to renew your place on the scheme, supporters must log in to their online account and select their UEFA Away Scheme reservation under the reservation tab.

The club will not be accepting new applications for the UEFA Away Ticket Scheme.

All applications must be completed by the deadline of 5pm on Friday 14 June.
