Ticket news: Man City at home – loyalty point update

Full ticket information for our first Premier League game of the season has been announced…
We play Manchester City on Sunday 18 August, kick-off 4.30pm, at Stamford Bridge. Ticket sales for this match will be as follows:
The previous season’s loyalty points will be taken into account for this fixture.
Thursday 18 July from 10am until 11.30am: Tickets will be sold to members with 73 loyalty points or more who can purchase one ticket per person.
Thursday 18 July from 12pm until 1.30pm: Tickets will be sold to members with 68 loyalty points or more who can purchase one ticket per person.
Thursday 18 July from 2pm until 3.30pm: Tickets will be sold to members with 63 loyalty points or more who can purchase one ticket per person.
Thursday 18 July from 4pm: All remaining members who have yet to purchase can purchase one ticket per person.
Tickets will be sold online only.

Tickets will be dispatched via print@home from Wednesday 31 July.
All persons under the age of 16 will be required to attend the relevant area of the ground with, and sit in the ground next to, a person aged 18 years of age or over.
Accessible Supporters Application Process
Supporters who require accessible tickets can submit an application form found here; which can be submitted during the relevant selling period. Alternatively, supporters can call our access team on 0371 811 2012 or 0044 207 915 1950 (international callers) to reserve your tickets or enquire about further information. Personal assistant’s tickets can only be allocated via the above application process.
Accessible Car Parking
Supporters can make application for the car parking from Tuesday 23 July by clicking here.
Supporters will be required to display your blue badge while parked at a Chelsea FC site.
Ticket exchange
Only season ticket holders and members will be able to purchase home Premier League match tickets through the ticket exchange if they do not already have a ticket for the match. Supporters can access the ticket exchange through the season ticket and members portal.
The ticket exchange will open at 11amon Thursday 18 July.
The ticket exchange will close at 3pm on Friday 16 August.
Ticket Forwarding
Supporters can forward their tickets to anyone on their friends and family list starting about 48 working hours before kick-off. This can be done via the Chelsea FC Official Ticketing Portal on the Account Details page under the ‘My Tickets’ tab. Ticket forwarding will close approximately three hours before kick-off.
For this fixture, ticket forwarding opens at 3pmon Thursday 15 August and closes at 1.30pm on Sunday 18 August.
Loyalty points
Supporters will receive one loyalty point for this match.
Refunds
Please note refund requests must reach the ticket office no later than 4.30pm on Thursday 15 August. Tickets purchased on the Ticket Exchange, cannot be refunded, all sales are final.
