Updates to Chelsea squad numbers
From the official Chelsea FC website:
Chelsea can announce the following squad number updates as we build toward the start of the 2024/25 campaign.
It will not be until later in the summer that the full list of Chelsea squad numbers are finalised – and they will remain subject to change until that point.
However, ahead of our summer tour of the USA, we can announce Levi Colwill has taken on the No.6 shirt – which was worn last season by Thiago Silva – while Wesley Fofana has opted for the No.29.
Summer signing Tosin Adarabioyo will begin with the No.4 shirt and fellow new arrival Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall will wear No.22, which he donned during the previous four seasons at Leicester City.
Also new to the squad are Omari Kellyman, Marc Guiu and Renato Veiga. They will initially take on the numbers 37, 38 and 40.
We regret that shirts custom printed with an individual’s name cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless the shirt or the print is deemed to be faulty or not of acceptable quality.
We are unable to exchange or refund a custom-printed shirt or accept responsibility should a player leave the Club or change squad number.
We are unable to exchange or refund in the event of a competition badge/sponsor change or letter and number font change.
