Tickets For Wroclaw – A Step By Step Guide
The following has been put together by Becky Collis of the DSA and we hope it will help to simplify the buying process for tickets to the UEFA Conference League Final in Wroclaw where will play Real Betis:
Purchasing Match Tickets.
Tickets will be sold using a two stage process.
The first stage via the Chelsea ticket portal or the Access department.
The second stage via the UEFA ticket portal.
Stage 1:
Chelsea will provide each applicant with an individual access code.
This code validates your application to purchase ticket/s on the UEFA ticketing portal.
If you are on the European away ticket scheme, the club will automatically email you an access code.
Everyone else, must apply for their code.
Chelsea have set up a schedule of sales windows, when supporters can apply for their code, based on loyalty points.
There are eight sales windows in total.
Each individual window, will open in turn across 13th and 14th May.
If you usually get your match tickets through the Access team, you will need to obtain your UEFA access code through them.
Although each window has been given a time slot, Chelsea are yet to confirm the loyalty points required for each window.
These details will be posted no later than 09:30 on Tuesday 13th May.
Stage 2:
Between 14th and 19th May, supporters will be emailed over their access code.
The time/date you will receive your code, is dependent on which window you applied for your code in.
Once you receive your code, you are ready to apply for ticket/s in the UEFA portal.
Tickets will go off of sale with UEFA on Monday 19th May at 17:00.
All tickets are subject to availability and no declaration forms are required for this match. No loyalty points will be received for this game.
