Digital Ticketing Workshop

From the recent Town Hall digital ticketing meeting held recently, the club recognise that the transition to digital ticketing will be a significant change for match-going supporters. With this in mind, Chelsea FC are keen to ensure any concerns with the technology and new user experience are alleviated as much as possible and therefore we would like to invite you to the first Digital Ticketing Workshop.

This workshop is designed to provide supporters with key information and guidance on how to access their digital ticket, as well as answer any questions that they may have. A number of CFC staff will be in attendance at the event and the setting will be informal to ensure everyone who needs support gets it. The focus of this workshop will be solely on the practical use of the digital ticketing platform and providing hands-on guidance for those who need it.

There is a limit on the numbers attending so we will work on a first come basis.

In order for supporters to attend please send your name, supporter number and email address.

Please send all details as shown abover to the CSG here.

All attendees must be men’s (men’s team) season ticket holders and have renewed for the 2025-26 season.

We encourage attendees to be supporters that may have any concerns around the new technology. Upon registration, supporters will receive a hidden link in order to access the new app functionality.

The deadline to send across your full list of attendees is Sunday 6th July, 5pm.

Any submissions with details missing will not be put forward for attendance.
