Burnley Away – Cricket Club Parking And New Accommodation For Away Supporters

An update for away fans who might be visiting Burnley this season, and in this instance, to Chelsea supporter who are visiting on 22nd November (subject to fixture changes!)
Away fans now have new accommodation this season – the same cricket field stand but the club have swapped home and away fans over (don’t get me started on the lack of communication and short notice on that one).
That will make it easier for away supporters who use Burnley Cricket Club to access their seats in the ground than it has been previously. All of the walkway down the side of the cricket ground has now been blocked for home fans access so it’s likely that the number of home fans at the cricket club will be reduced too.
Because of a new road closure in Belvedere Road (where the cricket club entrance is situated), if driving and parking at the cricket club, you will need to access it from the north side.
I’ve attached a copy of the info issued this afternoon for home fans showing the foot route we now have to take. I’ve stuck a 1 and 2 on there – one is the cricket pavilion and 2 is where the away fan turnstiles are which shows how short the walk is for you.
