NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – ‘Final Reminder For All CSG Members’
NOTICE is hereby given that the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Chelsea Supporters’ Group 2005 (CSG) will be held online via Microsoft Teams on Saturday 19th November 2022, between 3pm and 5pm
The AGM will include the election of the CSG committee including any new applicants.

If any Chelsea Supporters Group members would wish to attend the Annual General Meeting online, please contact the Vice Chair (acting as secretary) Michelle Shaw for further joining instructions via info@chelseasupportersgroup.net including your full name and a contact email address.
Joining instructions will be sent prior to the meeting date. Please do not forward these details to others. Only current CSG members as of 9th October 2022 can attend and vote at the AGM.

If you wish to have an item added to the agenda for the AGM, please contact the Vice Chair, Michelle Shaw (acting as secretary), on info@chelseasupportersgroup.net.
Any CSG member wishing to stand for election must contact the Vice Chair, Michelle Shaw (acting as Secretary), via info@chelseasupportersgroup.net indicating their desire to stand, by 14:00 on Saturday 5th November 2022. This must contain a written statement that will be read by a committee member on their behalf at the AGM.
Any CSG member unable to attend the AGM but wishing to stand for election must contact the Vice Chair (acting as Secretary), Michelle Shaw, via info@chelseasupportersgroup.net indicating their desire to stand, by 14:00 on Saturday 5th November 2022. This must contain a written statement that will be read by a committee member on the absentee’s behalf at the AGM.
Further, a CSG member entitled to attend and vote in the election may request a postal ballot in accordance with paragraph 5(ix) of the Group’s constitution. All postal ballots must be returned to the Vice Chair (acting as Secretary), Michelle Shaw via info@chelseasupportersgroup.net, by 14:00 on Saturday 5th November 2022. Full CSG postal address can be given if required.
PLEASE NOTE:
Microsoft Teams has a limit on numbers attending, the invites sent will be on a first come basis. Any members who fail to get online due to numbers can request the minutes via e-mail.
