Blues to host AS Roma in pre-season fixture

Chelsea Women will take on AS Roma in a pre-season friendly at Kingsmeadow this September as part of our preparations for the forthcoming 2023/24 campaign.
Emma Hayes’ Double winners welcome the Italian champions to London for this match which takes place on Sunday 3 September. Kick-off is scheduled for 8pm (UK time) and supporters will have the chance to see the squad in action ahead of the return of the Women’s Super League.
Our opponents Roma will provide a good test for the Blues. They are the reigning champions of the Women’s Serie A and enjoyed an impressive run on the European stage last season, reaching the quarter-finals of the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
