When is the Carabao Cup second round draw and how can you watch?

The draw for the second round of the Carabao Cup will take place on Wednesday 9 August.
The Blues will find out our opponents for the second round of the competition tonight, at approximately 10.15pm UK time. We have won the League Cup on five occasions.
We are one of 12 Premier League sides entering the competition at this stage, the other eight will enter at round three.
The Carabao Cup remains regionalised in the early rounds with the draw split into a southern and northern section until round three.
When is the Carabao Cup draw?
It will take place on Wednesday 9 August at approximately 10.15pm (UK).
How can I watch the Carabao Cup draw?
It will be live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football, after Burton Albion and Leicester City have faced each other.
It will also be free to air on YouTube on Sky Sports Football.
What ball number are the Blues?
Chelsea are ball number four.
When will the tie be played?
Games will be played in the week commencing 28 August.
