Chelsea to face Sunderland in League Cup

Chelsea will host Sunderland in the FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup quarter finals.
Due to our UEFA Women’s Champions League commitments, we have entered the competition at the quarter-final stage and will begin our quest for a third League Cup triumph on home soil against Sunderland.
The Black Cats are currently second in the Women’s Championship and secured their place in the last eight by progressing from a group that included Aston Villa, Durham, Blackburn Rovers, and Sheffield United.
The FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup quarter-finals are set to be played on either Wednesday 7 or Thursday 8 February.
An exact date, kick-off time and ticket details for our meeting with Sunderland will be announced in due course.
