We have received an allocation of 34,000 tickets for the FA Cup semi-final. Chelsea have been allocated the west side of Wembley Stadium. Within the allocation we have received 200 wheelchair and personal assistant tickets.

Car Parking

Supporters wishing to book car parking should visit www.wembleyofficialparking.com. Blue badge parking is £25, non-blue badge holders £40 per car and £120 per coach. The car park is not owned by Wembley Stadium, therefore any variation to these supporter parking costs is at the discretion of Wembley Park.

Conditions of Issue

All supporters purchasing a ticket will automatically accept the Ground Regulations as set out by Wembley Stadium.

Dispatching of tickets

All tickets will be posted out by Royal Mail special delivery as recommended by the FA. All tickets must be signed for at the time of delivery. If supporters are not able to sign for the tickets when they are delivered, the tickets will then be held at the local sorting office to be collected.

The cost to send the tickets out via special delivery is £9.29 per transaction.

Tickets will be dispatched via Royal Mail special delivery from Wednesday 10 April. If supporters are not available when an attempted delivery is made you should contact Royal Mail to arrange re-delivery.

Overseas purchasers

Due to the shortness of time, all tickets purchased overseas will be held for collection on matchday at Wembley’s West Stand ticket office between 1.15 and 4pm. Only the lead booker or supporter within the booking can collect these tickets with photo ID.

Duplicate tickets

Duplicate tickets will only be issued to supporters whose tickets have not been signed for and are not available for collection from Royal Mail. Supporters who are in this position should email tickets@chelseafc.com between 10am and 3pm on Friday 19 April.

Duplicate tickets will then be issued for collection on matchday at the West Stand ticket office from 1.15pm until 4pm. Only the lead booker can collect these tickets with photo ID.
