From the official Chelsea FC website:
Chelsea face Liverpool at Kingsmeadow on Saturday for a place in the Women’s FA Cup final at Wembley. Here’s everything you need to know about another big game for the Blues…
Sonia Bompastor‘s side has a crucial month ahead as we compete across three fronts, with the aim of adding more silverware to the League Cup that was secured with a 2-1 win over Manchester City in March.
The Blues return to action following the international break and will battle against Liverpool for a place in the Women’s FA Cup final.
Where and when
We will face Liverpool at Kingsmeadow on Saturday 12 April. Kick off is scheduled for 12:15pm UK time.
How to follow
As always, you can follow minute-by-minute updates in our Chelsea Women vs Liverpool Women Match Centre on the official Chelsea website and app. You can also follow through Chelsea Women’s social media channels on X, Facebook and Instagram.

The form
Chelsea remain unbeaten in the WSL and are currently five points clear of Arsenal at the top of the table with four games remaining.
The Blues have won four from their last six matches in all competitions, with the defeat in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final against Manchester City still their only loss of the entire campaign.
We secured our place in Saturday’s semi-final by defeating Crystal Palace 1-0 at Kingsmeadow last month. Lauren James struck the only goal of the contest.

Meanwhile, Liverpool had put together a good run of results after parting ways with boss Matt Beard at the end of February, beating Crystal Palace and Manchester United in the league and pulling off a 1-0 win over Arsenal in the Women’s FA Cup quarter-final under interim manager Amber Whiteley.
That said, their last two games before the international break saw them lose 4-0 to Arsenal and 2-1 to Aston Villa in domestic action.
Recent head-to-head
Chelsea have only faced Liverpool once this season, and ran out 3-0 winners at St. Helens Stadium in the FA Women’s Super League.
That day, the goals came from Mayra Ramirez and Guro Reiten before half-time, and Aggie Beever-Jones added a third in the final minute of the game following a swift counter-attack from the Blues.
At Kingsmeadow, Chelsea have won 14 of 18 meetings against the Merseyside outfit, with two draws and two wins for Liverpool making up the rest of the games between them.
