Tickets

Tickets can only be used by the season ticket holder or member named on the ticket. They cannot be transferred to a person not named on the ticket. This is in line with Chelsea FC’s ticketing policy. Supporters are advised to carry a valid original form of ID on you. Accepted IDs: passport or national identity card.

Travel to the stadium

Public transport is the best way to get to Wroclaw Stadium. Increased numbers of buses and trams will run on matchday to serve supporters travelling to and from the stadium. You can take advantage of free public transport in Wroclaw – available to all UEFA Conference League final ticket holders on matchday. Click for more info

Arrive early

Due to the large numbers travelling to the stadium and additional security and ticket checks that will be in place around the stadium and the transport hubs, it is recommended you allow plenty of time for your journey. UEFA recommends arriving at the stadium at least three hours before kick-off.

Fan Meeting Point

A Chelsea Fan Meeting Point will be open on matchday between 11am and 7pm with live DJ performances, an opportunity to meet our club mascots Stamford and Bridget, and an exclusive merchandise giveaway as well as a number of other exciting activities to be announced. The venue is the Lotnicza Stadium. From there it is approximately a 15-minute walk to the stadium. Click for more details

Fan behaviour

Chelsea supporters are asked to cooperate with the authorities, especially in relation to the entry procedures. Anti-social behaviour of any kind may result in admission to the stadium being refused.

Chelsea is a club that actively celebrates our diversity. As supporters, we ask that you share our vision of a club and a game free from discrimination that is open to all.

While the players and staff appreciate passionate and vocal support at our matches, there have been instances where supporters have used unacceptable, offensive and discriminatory language. This will not be tolerated. Please be respectful to our hosts and the local community by not using language or actions which may inflame local and current regional sensitivities. This includes any sectarian chanting, slogans or banners.

Racism, homophobia, sexism, antisemitism, sectarianism or any language or actions viewed as discriminatory will result in the strongest possible actions which may include banning, arrest and prosecution.

This includes on public transport and in other public venues before and after the game.

Fans can report such behaviour to club stewards or by contacting the below reporting hotline.

You can call 020 7386 3355

If you hear it, report it.
