Arrive early for Crystal Palace for special unveiling ceremony and fan appreciation offer

Our Premier League campaign begins tomorrow afternoon against Crystal Palace, and Chelsea supporters are encouraged to arrive at Stamford Bridge by 1pm to witness a special unveiling ceremony and take advantage of a fan appreciation offer.
The Blues return to competitive action for the first time since being crowned world champions this summer, and Enzo Maresca‘s side will be looking to make a winning start as our top-flight campaign begins against the current FA Cup champions.
For many supporters, this will be a first experience using our new all-digital ticketing system. Help will be on hand at locations across the Stamford Bridge site (see below), and we are urging fans to arrive early to get through the turnstiles and into their seats for kick-off.
And there is plenty to enjoy before the action gets underway…
Unveiling ceremony
We are encouraging Blues supporters to arrive at Stamford Bridge early and then take their seats by 1.30pm for a special unveiling ceremony ahead of the players’ walkout. It’s something not to be missed!
Fan appreciation offer
To show our thanks to fans for their patience and support as we transition to digital tickets, those who arrive early can take advantage of 50% off soft and alcoholic beverages* from bars inside the stadium concourse and cash-bar hospitality lounges during the following times:
Club Chelsea: 11.30am-12.30pm
General Admission: 12pm-1pm

Digital tickets
Supporters must download the latest version of the Chelsea Official App and have digital tickets ready and activated. See the steps below on how to do this.
Alongside a digital ticket(s) activated in the Chelsea App, fans are asked to have their confirmation of ticket purchase email to hand before entering the stadium.

Your tickets are now available to view
If you have purchased tickets for Chelsea vs Crystal Palace, you should now be able to access your tickets in the Chelsea Official App.
To access your digital tickets…
- You will need to download the latest version of the Chelsea Official App if you haven’t already.
- Log in to your account, using the email address and password used to purchase your ticket(s).
- Once logged in to the app, click the ‘Tickets’ icon in the top right of your screen
- You will then be taken to a screen where you can view tickets for your upcoming match(es).
You will need to activate your tickets prior to your arrival at Stamford Bridge to access the stadium.
To do so, select the ticket(s) that you have available under your ‘Upcoming‘ matches. Once taken to the following screen, select, ‘Activate Ticket‘. Please note that this feature is made available five days before the respective event.
What to do if you can’t view your tickets in the app
There are a few reasons why you may not be able to view your tickets in the Chelsea Official App:
- You may not be logged into the app.
- You may not be logged into the correct account. In order to access your tickets, you need to ensure that you are logged in using the same email address and password that you used to purchase your tickets.
