Ticket sales information

Tickets for the quarter-final of the Champions League are now priced at Category AA ticket prices. Juvenile and senior citizen season ticket holders may purchase their own seat at a 50 per cent concession for UEFA Champions League knockout stage matches only (excluding the East Stand).

This discount will only apply in the reservation period for supporters whose seats are not affected by the outside broadcasting areas.

Season ticket holders who must move seats due to the outside broadcasting area will be able to apply for the discount in the reservation period or on the final season ticket holder sales day where the reservation period has been removed.

Supporters who have been displaced and would like to be seated within a part of the stadium, which is at a higher price, please contact the ticket office with details of which stand you would like to be seated and we will place seats on a reservation for you. Once tickets are on reservation you will need to log in to your online account to make a payment. Please note that reservations will only be placed in general admission areas of the stadium.

Ticket sales for this match will be as follows:

Monday 27 March from 10am until Thursday 30 March 9am ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders can purchase their own seat.  

Thursday 30 March from 10am until Friday 31 March 9am ONLINE ONLY: As per the ticketing policy the season ticket holders who have not purchased a seat will be able to purchase any remaining seat that has not been taken by a fellow season ticket holder in the reservation period.

Friday 31 March from 10am until 11.30am ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 9.30am on Friday 31 March.

Friday 31 March from 12pm until 1.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 9.30am on Friday 31 March.

Friday 31 March from 2pm until 3.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 9.30am on Friday 31 March.

Friday 31 March from 4pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 10 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person. For security reasons, the required loyalty points for members will not go below 10.

Disabled Members Application Process

Disability Season ticket holders can log into their online accounts and claim their reservations including the personal assistance tickets. Disabled members can apply by telephone sale on the disability line 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950 or by submitting the application form to access@chelseafc.com during the relevant sales period as detailed above.

Supporters who are registered disabled wishing to apply by email can download the home disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here. To receive a personal assistant ticket disabled members will need to apply by telephone sale or via the application form and not purchasing online.

Accessible Car Parking

Supporters can now make applications for the car parking at Stamford Bridge using the online application service by clicking hereApplications for this fixture will be available from 10am on Tuesday 4 April. Applications for car parking will no longer be accepted by telephone. Supporters will be required to display your blue badge while parked at Chelsea FC Site. 

Dispatching of tickets

Supporters will need to ensure they have a valid email address registered in their online account as all tickets are print@home and will be dispatched via email from Friday 31 March.

Duplicate tickets

Duplicate tickets will only be given to the individual season ticket holder or member.

Supporters should visit the ticket office on the day of the match with photo ID and where applicable the season ticket/membership card.

Allocation and stadium entry information

We have received an allocation of 1,808 tickets which includes an allocation of 4 non-ambulant and 4 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Business season tickets or multiple season tickets in one name

Season tickets held in a business name (as determined by the Club) cannot purchase tickets for UEFA away matches. Any season ticket holder who holds two or more season tickets in one name can only purchase one UEFA away match ticket.

Tickets purchased using season tickets in a business name or multiple names will have the ticket order refunded.

Collection Procedure

Once the fully completed declaration forms have been received a voucher will be emailed to the lead supporter who made the booking.

In order to collect the ticket, each individual supporter will be required to bring with them in person their collection voucher and their valid passport. Please note copies of the passport will NOT be accepted and each supporter will need to visit the collection point in person. Tickets are not transferrable and cannot be collected on behalf of other supporters.

Further details in relation to the location of the ticket collection point, along with match security and safety information will be communicated to supporters by email as soon as possible.

Declaration form submission

Each supporter will need to fully complete a declaration form once the booking has been made.

The declaration form must be completed accurately including the passport number of the applicant.

Supporters who purchase two tickets or more in one transaction will be required to submit the application forms from that transaction at the same time. Failure to comply with the above information will result in the declaration forms being returned without tickets issued.

Deadlines

Please note the following deadlines are in place for this match:

Declaration forms must arrive with the ticket office no later than 12pm on Friday 31 March.

Supporters who do not receive their voucher must contact the ticket office on Thursday 6 April no later than 4pm.

Tickets will go off sale at 12pm on Friday 31 March.
