CSG Statement – Arsenal away fixture change
The Chelsea Supporters Group (CSG) is deeply disappointed with the decision to move the Arsenal v Chelsea fixture to a midweek game despite there being less than 3 weeks before the original fixture date.
Despite approving the original date at a prior meeting with the Premier League and the Safety Advisory Group (SAG) in February, the match going supporters are yet again treated with contempt, many of whom will already have made travel and accomodation plans for the original date.
At this time, the Premier League has given no reason for this date change.
