Ticket sales for this match will be as follows:

Wednesday 3 May from 10am until 11.30am ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 97 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 3 May from 12pm until 130pm ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 92 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 3 May from 2pm until 3.30pm ONLINE O.NLY: Season ticket holders with 87 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 3 May from 4pm ONLINE ONLY: All remaining season ticket holders who have yet to purchase can purchase one ticket per person.

Thursday 4 May from 10am until 11.30am ONLINE ONLY: Tickets will be sold to members on a loyalty point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 9.30am on Thursday 4 May.

Disabled Supporters Application Process

Disabled supporters can apply by telephone sales on the disability line 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950 or by submitting the application form to access@chelseafc.com during the relevant sales period as detailed above. Supporters who are registered disabled wishing to apply by email can download the away disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here.

To receive a personal assistant ticket disabled season ticket holders/members will need to apply by telephone sale or via the application form and not by purchasing online.

Car Parking at The Etihad

There are 14 accessible car parking spaces in the Grey Car park. Supporters must request a parking space when purchasing their match ticket with the access team. Confirmation will be sent to the supporter by Manchester City.

Coach Travel

Coach travel to The Etihad will be on sale at 10am on Wednesday 3 May.

Coaches will depart Stamford Bridge at 09:00am and Newport Pagnell at 10:30am.

Coaches will be priced at £10 per person.

Applications for coach travel will be open until 5pm on Friday 12 May. Applications may close earlier if coaches reach full capacity.

Please note that all timings are estimated and will be confirmed on your final itinerary sent via email 3 – 5 days before travel. Supporters can click here to purchase or call on 0333 230 9115. Supporters should only book travel if they have a valid match ticket.

“Please be advised that not all requests to travel on Coach One, or a double-decker coach, can be accommodated. If anyone on your booking needs special assistance for reduced mobility, disability, or any other medical condition, please add details in the ‘travel request’ field at the time of booking. Supporters travelling with a carer should make their booking by phone. Coaches with full DDA access and a DDA minibus can be available for supporters if required.”

Car Parking at Stamford Bridge

Car parking at Stamford Bridge for domestic coach travel is now available to book with Sportsbreaks.com. You will be able to select this option when making your normal coach travel booking at an additional £10 per vehicle. Please follow instructions when making your booking with Sportsbreaks.com, ensuring you provide them correctly with your car make and registration when entering passenger details. Car parking will not be available to supporters who have not pre-booked this with sportsbreaks.com. We recommend booking early as spaces are limited.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 3,065 tickets which includes an allocation of 25 non-ambulant and 25 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Dispatching of tickets

Tickets will be posted out via first class post.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should email the ticket office by Friday 19 May no later than 3pm. Please note that away duplicate tickets can only be collected by supporters in the booking.

Loyalty points

Supporters will receive 1 (one) loyalty points for this match.

Accessible Car Parking

Supporters can now make applications for the car parking at Stamford Bridge using the online application service by clicking hereApplications for this fixture will be available from 10am on Thursday 4 May. Applications for car parking will no longer be accepted by telephone. Supporters will be required to display your blue badge while parked at Chelsea FC Site. 

Dispatching of tickets

Supporters will need to ensure they have a valid email address registered in their online account as all tickets are print@home and will be dispatched via email from Wednesday 10 May.

Duplicate tickets

Duplicate tickets will only be given to the individual season ticket holder or member.

Supporters should visit the ticket office on the day of the match with photo ID and where applicable the season ticket/membership card.

Supporters will receive 3 (three) loyalty point for this match.

Ticket exchange

Only season ticket holders and members will be able to purchase home Premier League match tickets through the ticket exchange if they do not already have a ticket for the match. Supporters can access the ticket exchange through the season ticket and members portal. Within the ticketing portal season ticket holders and members will see the menu option for the ticket exchange.

The ticket exchange will open at 11amon Friday 28 April

The ticket exchange will close at 3pm on Friday 26 May.
