How to watch Manchester United vs Chelsea (Women): Kick-off time, where to watch and more
From the official Chelsea FC website:
Chelsea return to league action on Wednesday evening as we travel to Manchester United, by which time we will know if there is a chance of winning a sixth consecutive Women’s Super League title tonight! Find out how you can watch the match here.
Sonia Bompastor‘s side make the journey to Leigh Sports Village on Wednesday evening, knowing that four points from our final three matches is enough to secure our new head coach’s maiden WSL crown.
That means any dropped points by Arsenal in their game away at Aston Villa earlier tonight and victory for the Blues would see us win the league title this evening.
Where and when
We will face Manchester United at Leigh Sports Village on Wednesday 30 April. Kick off is scheduled for 8.15pm UK time.
How to follow
As always, you can follow minute-by-minute updates in our Manchester United vs Chelsea Match Centre on the official Chelsea website and app. You can also follow through Chelsea Women’s social media channels on X, Facebook and Instagram.
The match will be shown live on Sky Sports in the UK.
The form
Chelsea sit six points clear of Arsenal at the top of the WSL table with three games remaining.
We remain unbeaten in the league this season, winning 16 times and drawing three matches from 19 played so far.

Meanwhile Manchester United have won each of their last five WSL home games by a margin of two or more goals and have kept three consecutive clean sheets in their last three league outings.
The Reds sit in third place in the table. Boss Mark Skinner has guided his team to 13 wins in the league this season and has lost just twice.
Goalkeeper Phallon Tullis-Joyce has kept a total of 13 clean sheets this season, one away from the record set by Mary Earps in 2023.
Recent head-to-head
Chelsea have won nine of 10 league meetings against Manchester United, and we remain the only team the Reds have never beaten in the WSL.
Away from home, we have won each of our last three WSL away games against Man Utd, scoring six goals in two of those three wins: 6-1 in September 2021 and memorably 6-0 in May 2024.
Our record of 19 games unbeaten in the league has equalled Manchester City’s run in 2019, and avoiding defeat on Wednesday evening will set a new WSL record of 20 matches without losing a single game.
We will also face Man Utd in the Women’s FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 18 May.
