Wembley Stadium restricted bag policy

To help provide a safer environment for fans, Wembley Stadium has restrictions on what you can bring into the stadium.

Each person can only bring one small bag, and it must not be bigger than A4 size:

Height 297mm (11.7 inches)
Width 210mm (8.27 inches)
Depth 210mm (8.27 inches)

Please note: this means the overall bag size. Bags that are half full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted.

Anyone carrying bags that do not meet the criteria above will not be allowed in.

Any matchday merchandise bought will be supplied in a clear plastic bag, and will be allowed into the stadium as well.

Wembley does make exceptions for medical equipment and a few other things, but you must get permission in advance.

Digital tickets

All ticket holders with digital tickets are advised to make sure your phone is fully charged before leaving home and your ticket is already downloaded and saved in your phone’s wallet.

Cashless payments

Wembley Stadium is a cashless venue. Please be aware that no kiosks will accept cash. Contactless and card payments will be accepted at all kiosks inside the stadium.

Fan zones

Before the game, there will be two fan zones outside the stadium. Supporters will need to present a valid stadium ticket to enter either of the fan zones. Capacity is limited and the stadium’s bag policy also applies.

Located outside of the OVO Arena, this fan zone is for both sets of supporters and it will be open from 11am to 1pm. You will be able to take part in football activities, soak up the atmosphere with a DJ and win prizes, with free football shirts given away, a glam station to help you get ready for the match and a family fun ball pool too.

There are no dedicated food or drink sites within this Fan Zone.

East Village

This is also a neutral fan zone and has a DJ and kiosks serving food and drink, including alcohol. It will be open from 10am to 1pm.

Pre-match entertainment

Chart-topping singer Olly Murs will be performing inside the stadium before the game. Make sure you are at your seats by 1:10pm if you wish to watch the show.
