Carabao Cup ticket news: Lincoln away

Information has been announced on the ticket sales procedure for our first knockout cup-tie of the season.
Chelsea travel to play Lincoln City in the Carabao Cup third round on Tuesday 23 September. The venue is the LNER Stadium and kick-off is 7.45pm.
Ticket sales for this match will be as follows:
The entire allocation for this fixture will be in digital form. This will be clearly marked on the online portal, so supporters can be aware that they are purchasing tickets in this format. Tickets will be sent from Thursday 18 September, via email.
Friday 12 September from 10am until Monday 15 September 9am: Supporters on the UK away scheme can purchase one ticket.
Monday 15 September from 10am until 1.30pm: Tickets will be sold one ticket per season ticket holder.
Monday 15 September from 2pm until 5pm: Tickets will be sold one ticket per member.
Tickets will be sold online only.
Application process for supporters with access needs
Supporters who require accessible tickets can submit an application form found here; which can be submitted during the relevant selling period. Alternatively, supporters can call our access team on 0371 811 2012 or 0044 207 915 1950 (international callers) to reserve your tickets or enquire about further information. Personal assistant tickets can only be allocated via the above application process.
Accessible car parking
Lincoln City have four car park bays available for visiting supporters with disabilities. These are issued on a first-come, first-served basis to Blue Badge holders only and supporters must purchase these directly through Lincoln’s ticket office on 01522 880011 – at a purchase price of £8. (No Accessible car parking was available as of 10/09, all spaces had been taken – Ed)
Coach travel
Coach travel to LNER Stadium will be on sale from 10am on Friday 12 September.
Coaches will depart Stamford Bridge at 13:30 and Newport Pagnell at 15:00 and will be priced at £15 per person.
Applications for coach travel will be open until 12pm on Tuesday 16 September. The period for applications may end sooner or be extended depending on sales and demand.
Please note that all timings are estimated and will be confirmed on your final itinerary sent via email three to five days before travel. Supporters can click here to purchase or call on 0333 230 9115. You should only book travel if you have a valid match ticket.

Allocation
We have received an allocation of 1,834 tickets which includes an allocation of three non-ambulant and three personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation Due to the small allocation of non-ambulant tickets, regrettably, there will only be availability to supporters on the UK away scheme and not to season ticket holders or members.
Duplicate tickets
Supporters who require assistance with their digital tickets can contact the ticket office on Tuesday 23 September no later than 12pm. Please note that away duplicate tickets can only be collected by supporters in the booking.
Loyalty points
Supporters will receive five loyalty point for this match. Loyalty points will be added at a later date, not at the point of purchase.
Refunds
Away match tickets are not refundable.
