Ticket Refund Process And Charity Donation Option
From the official Chelsea FC website:
Following confirmation that all matches in the Premier League for the remainder of the 2019/20 season will be played without fans in stadiums, season ticket holders should receive an email with details about credits and refunds.
The club has received many requests from our fans to make it possible to donate outstanding ticket credits and season ticket refunds to important charitable causes at this difficult time, and we are making that easy to do with Refuge, NHS Charities Together and Plan International selected as the charities to benefit. The club currently has a programme matching contributions made to Refuge and that programme will apply to these refunds.
Chelsea men’s season ticket holders, including hospitality ticket holders and those on the UK away scheme, are being contacted to inform them of the credit or refund process for the remaining Premier League games. Individual match ticket holders for the remaining games are also being contacted regarding refunds.
In addition, following the announcement that the Women’s Super League season has been terminated, Chelsea FC Women season ticket holders are being contacted by the club to inform them of the refund process for the remaining games that will not be played.
Women’s season ticket holders are being refunded on a pro-rata basis for the cancelled games and individual match ticket holders also will be refunded.
